THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AWAITING YOU:
  • You support the Head of Medical Affairs and the Head of Marketing EMEA in general planning and organisation. 

  • You prepare, attend and follow up on department meetings and other meetings, and always keep an eye on the agenda and the time.

  • Your colleagues within the EMEA medical and marketing departments can always rely on your support for assigned projects and processes. These include budget management, invoicing, contracting, medical affairs, digital communication and team events. Additionally, you support in processing travel requests.

  • You are ensuring that all medical and marketing documents and activities comply with legal regulations and requirements as well as the Merz Code of Conduct and other company policies and procedures, and that compliance processes are strictly followed on a daily basis. 

  •  You actively contribute to the general well-being, communication within the team and ad-hoc processes within the department and also proactively support, for example, with important preparations for presentations or e-mails.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, commerce or administration or a comparable professional experience.

  • You have at least 3 years' experience in an international commercial assistant role.

  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English.

  • You use your strong organisational and planning skills, even in stressful situations, and maintain an overview at all times.

  • You are characterised by a proactive and results-oriented way of working with an eye for detail.
