THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AWAITING YOU:- Collaborate with global business units to identify needs, make innovative technology recommendations that align with Merz's overall digital roadmap, and promote the tools for greater user adoption.
- Develop basic reports, analyse data using SQL MS Suite, Tableau or a similar BI tool.
- Responsibility for launching and further development of innovative technology products for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage eContracts, invoices and supplier relationships as required.
- Definition of future products for AI.ML technology such as recommendation engines, reinforcement learning, content classifiers and decision support systems, including the development and delivery of such products.
- Consult with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and organisation to effectively support business objectives.
- Ensure a state-of-the-art knowledge of the competitive landscape and best practices in the industry, especially in the area of cloud technology.
- Accountable for project management of multiple projects simultaneously, including prioritisation, problem solving and troubleshooting of these projects.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering or a relevant field of study such as computer science.
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in areas such as technical marketing or product marketing/management.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform (marketing/social/community/trade), Google Analytics
- Comprehensive expertise in L20 and LMS data, systems and integrations.
- Understanding of marketing functions in a B2B environment (i.e. on-site marketing, digital marketing, etc.)
- Ability to think both tactically and strategically as we develop our roadmap and be comfortable present this to leadership in an articulate manner.
- Proven project management skills and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Proven ability to move smoothly from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
