THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AWAITING YOU:-
Become part of the digital team and scan the fast-developing digital environment and advise the organization accordingly, in collaboration with the Head of Digital Innovation in EMEA and the local and Global digital team.

Participate in the EMEA digital team, and support the development of the regional internal and customer-facing digitalization strategy, in line with the Global strategy and local market evolving needs.

As a project manager, lead digital transformation projects in close collaboration with the Global and local teams as well as related functions.

Manage and coordinate with external partners regarding the implementation of digital innovation and transformation projects.

Contribute to the digital transformation culture within the organization and lead the digital best practice sharing across the EMEA region.

Initiate relevant and appropriate digital learning initiatives for teams and fosters new ways of digital organizational development.

Manage budgets and performance tracking of regional and own digitalization projects.

A master’s degree in business, marketing, or digital communication as well as the proof of ongoing education on digital transformation.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital role and in an international corporate setting, experience in the field of pharmaceutical / medical devices / FMCG is an advantage.

Knowledge in implementation and usage of digital platforms and tools, including CRM/CXM, customer-facing innovations, websites, SEO etc. Experience with salesforce products is an advantage.

Experience in working with IT department, external partners and agencies on complex projects.

Successful track record of strategic digital projects implementation as a project leader.

Business fluent in English (written and verbal), German is a plus.
