THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AWAITING YOU:
  • You are responsible for the development and implementation of a training strategy within medical affairs EMEA. Your main focus will be to ensure a clear and consistent training messaging by creating state-of-the art educational material and establish KPIs for reporting process.
  • You are integrating and aligning cross-functional input in strategy, tactics and investment for the regional training strategy, including the training curriculum. You conduct ongoing needs assessments (customer feedback, on-site interactions, SMEs, etc.) and use the results to adjust the training strategy and curriculum.
  • Moreover, the evaluation of relevant medical literature including publications and translation into useful training tools and materials for country teams are your tasks, as is the constant exchange with local medical affairs and brand partners about training content, needs/expectations of HCPs and the market situation.
  • You create innovative training solutions and materials in multimedia formats and improve our existing training materials and processes. At the same time, you identify further opportunities for improvement, adjustments and use lessons learned to improve training outcomes.
  • Working closely with brand management, you will develop and deliver key messages and proactively respond to changes in branding, sales campaigns and materials, competitor activity and market events to continuously improve product education.
  • You provide support and are responsible for the smooth flow of medical information between Global Medical Affairs and Global Training and Education and the EMEA countries. For this, you are in regular contact with the Global team and local teams.
  • By developing portfolio training, you support our trainers in the EMEA region.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
  • You have a clinical and scientific medical background, e.g. as an MD, specialist and/or PhD or have other relevant experience.
  • In the past you have already gained and successfully implemented experience in medical training, KOL management and preferably MSL.
  • First experience and competence in aesthetic medicine and in cooperation with international teams are an advantage.
  • You have a strong ability to understand and translate scientific data to simple messages and to formulate strong key messages that are also understood by laypeople (e.g. sales, marketing...).
  • We require very good knowledge of English (written and oral) as well as very good communication skills and confident handling of common IT tools (Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
  • You would rate yourself as a strong networker and team player, are goal-oriented, assertive and have the stamina to take a long-term view of projects.
  • Your proactive, independent and reliable way of working will additionally support you.
