  • Conduct thorough assessments of our global distribution partners, evaluating their performance against established criteria.
  • Maintain databases focused on scope of services, qualification, and contractual status.
  • Implement quality assurance measures in our distribution processes. Conduct on-site audits, questionnaire audits, and evaluate distributors to maintain the highest standards.
  • Prepare the qualification of distribution partners, ensuring they meet our quality requirements. Release qualified partners for distribution activities.
  • Collaborate on quality improvement projects related to distribution processes. Provide project-related implementation and support, contributing to the enhancement of our distribution quality.
  • Maintain the listing of material/customer combinations in SAP based on the distribution partner releases you've performed.
  • Support the assessment of quality deviations that are relevant to Good Distribution Practices (GDP) in the distribution process.
  • Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or medical health.
  • Certified auditor (ISO, etc.) qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Quality Management experience in support of Medicinal Products or equivalent higher education.
  • Experience in interacting with authorities and agencies is a plus.
  • Proficient in English (additional European languages are advantageous).
  • Expertise in managing databases, particularly in regulated environments (GxP, DIN EN ISO).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications as well as familiarity with SAP IM (Inventory Management) and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).
  • Team-oriented, careful, resilient, trustworthy personality.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
