  • You are responsible for developing an outstanding and seamless guest experience for our international educational events
  • You are in charge of timeline and milestone planning in an ongoing alignment with the project team, global Merz Aesthetics subsidiaries and other internal and external stakeholders
  • You plan, implement and execute the invitation and registration process, including an online guest management platform and integrated event app, together with our specialised event agency
  • You prepare briefing documents, (virtual) user trainings and take responsibility for the attendee communication asset (print and digital)
  • You coordinate air travel, ground transportation, accommodation arrangements, meeting rooms, F&B requests as well as the temporary event staff on-site.
  • You support additional event activities, such as press meetings, advisory boards, dinners etc.
  • You manage the project's budget, invoices, and vendors
  • You support the project team and administrative tasks 


  • Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, hospitality, or other relevant field of study 
  • Relevant professional experience in international work environment
  • Project-related work experience
  • Knowledge of end-to-end preparation / management of meetings and conferences with internal and external customers 
  • Proven Experience with guest management tools (Cvent, GuestOne, or similar)
  • Excellent customer service skills combined with a service-minded personality
  • Proven intercultural competences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, further languages preferred
