THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AWAITING YOU:- Build lasting peer-to-peer relationships with EMEA Key Opinion Leaders to support medical initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional teams for KOL engagement, development, and contracting.
- Lead the establishment of a regional Digital Opinion Leader (DOL) task force and develop engagement strategies.
- Translate medical literature into impactful communication materials while ensuring compliance.
- Proactively provide KOL insights for strategic projects and innovative medical communication tools, emphasizing digital and AI.
- Develop and implement KPIs to measure KOL management success and assist regional adaptation.
- Lead and support scientific event implementation, ensuring alignment with medical and marketing teams.
- Offer guidance to local teams in implementing regional KOL strategies while adhering to legal compliance.
- Ensure accurate medical information flow between Global Medical Affairs and EMEA countries.
- Oversee QMS implementation and compliance within the EMEA region.
- Medical degree (MD), specialist certification, and/or PhD in a relevant medical field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven professional experience in aesthetic medicine.
- Substantial competency in medical affairs, including KOL management, and preferably MSL experience.
- Proficiency in translating complex scientific data into accessible and impactful messages for non-medical stakeholders.
- Excellent English language skills (written and oral).
- Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Proficiency in common IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Competency in developing and reviewing scientific and clinical trial documents.
- Familiarity with relevant social media skills for medical affairs.
- Strong networking and teamwork abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with proactive, self-reliant, and persistent characteristics.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% within the region.
