  • You develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage talents for key positions within the EMEA regional organization. This includes setting recruitment goals for different departments in alignment with organizational goals while staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment success. 
  • You carry out the entire recruitment process for key positions in EMEA, including identifying talent gaps, preparing job requests, choosing the right recuitment channels, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting the best candidates as well as supporting the pre-boarding phase.
  • You work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and guide them through the candidate selection journey.
  • You help building and enhancing our employer brand through a positive candidate experience and closely collaborate with your EMEA HR team colleagues in implementing initiatives to promote the organisation as an employer of choice.
  • You establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates through networking, events and outreach activities. Additionally, you work on setting up talent pipelines and maintaining professional relationships with previous candidates.
  • You establish hiring goals and deliverables, analyse recruitment KPIs and derive measures to achieve the KPI targets.
  • You collaborate with external recruiters and vendors, negotiate contracts, monitor performance and ensure cost-effective and sustainable solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years progressive experience in recruitment and/or talent acquisition roles with a focus on a wide range of role profiles.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Effective planning, organization and problem-solving skills to make quick and sound decisions to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers at all levels of the organization as well as with potential candidates and external recruitment partners.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and ability to leverage technology for efficient and streamlined recruitment processes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from recruitment metrics.
  • Proactive approach, passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement.
  • Fluency in English and German.
